Over the  years we've provided service for TODDWATCHes that have been around the world, on safari, inadvertently put into washing machines or cooked in ovens and even those run over by a vehicle.

TODDWATCHes are almost endlessly serviceable and we offer  comprehensive servicing options which range from battery changing, through strap replacement, to complete rebuilds.  Your watch is worn near the hand, so over time it will inevitably need a clean too.

On the left hand side of your browser is the list of service options, alterations or repairs  It is updated regularly to provide the best service for you and we am confident that whatever your TODDWATCH has been through it can look like its new again.

Johny Todd Ltd.  will return your watch via Royal Mail special delivery.  In our view this postal method still has the best cover for loss or damage and is, in most cases, a next day delivery within the UK.  See map (left) for details.

We recommend that you send your watch to us at our workshop by the same method, but please feel free to use another service.  Johny Todd Ltd.  accepts no responsibility for loss or damage when sending items.  Please ensure your watch is wrapped well.  Special delivery envelope/pouches are available from your post office FOC.

Although there are many places to have this work carried out, we believe that we can offer the best options available at very competitive prices.

Please be aware that cheap battery replacement services (including market stalls, cobblers and even some jeweller’s shops) can caused damage to your watch.   We never recommend their services.

WARRANTY

Johny Todd Ltd.  guarantee this product for 1 year from the date of purchase, or in the case of a special commissioned order, the date of receipt, against any fault in construction.

During this period any defective part will be repaired or replaced, excluding the strap & battery (excluding any P&P).   All requirements of the original warranty given with watch at the time of purchase must have been complied with totally.  Sole discretion on this and any other matter pertaining to the warranty remains exclusively with Johny Todd Ltd.

This warranty does not cover normal fair wear and tear, such as chips, dents and scratches which will occur when the watch is worn, nor any deterioration suffered through improper or ill-advised use, negligence or accident.  Similarly any modification made by the purchaser, the retailer and any other agent on behalf of the purchaser and/or retailer will cause this warranty to be nullified immediately by Johny Todd Ltd.

Submitting a warranty is a way of letting us know that your watch has arrived safely, or if you have purchased it from a separate retailer, when it was sold to you.

Your Johny Todd Ltd. warranty is an addition to your statutory rights from the retailer, who should be your first contact in the event of any issues with your watch.  Generally retailers will give a 1 year guarantee as a part of their service to you.

If you have purchased your watch from an independent retailer then you will still need to either, send the form you received when you purchased your watch, or submit the form on the left, in order to activate the Johny Todd Ltd.  warranty.

Extended warranty/service plans are also available on request.
