This contemporary and fun handmade watch by John Todd is part of a range designed in 2013.  Being entirely hand constructed in England gives this watch a truly unique character that is not achievable with mass produced watches and demonstrates how superlative craftsmanship is alive and thriving in England.  It is a medium to large watch made in a limited batch production using lightweight materials and is individually numbered.  The standard leather strap included is 22mm wide and is available in a choice of three colours, but an individually and finely crafted leather strap is also an option for those wishing to personalise the watch further.  This watch is fitted with a superb quartz analogue movement, accessible from the rear plate and is fitted with Swiss made water-proof crowns and mineral crystal lens.  Sapphire crystal lens' can be fitted by request to all new orders.

WARRANTY

ORANGE OXIDE DESIGN guarantee this product for 1 year from the date of purchase, or in the case of a special commissioned order, the date of receipt, against any fault in construction.

During this period any defective part will be repaired or replaced, excluding the strap & battery (excluding any P&P).   All requirements of the original warranty given with watch at the time of purchase must have been complied with totally.  Sole discretion on this and any other matter pertaining to the warranty remains exclusively with ORANGE OXIDE DESIGN.

This warranty does not cover normal fair wear and tear, such as chips, dents and scratches which will occur when the watch is worn, nor any deterioration suffered through improper or ill-advised use, negligence or accident.  Similarly any modification made by the purchaser, the retailer and any other agent on behalf of the purchaser and/or retailer will cause this warranty to be nullified immediately by ORANGE OXIDE DESIGN.

UK

Orange Oxide Design will ship your new watch via Royal Mail Special Delivery.  This is included in the price.

In most cases this will mean a next day delivery after the order is processed, but for more outlying areas this may be up to 4 days (see map)

We will notify you when your order is processed and give a shipping schedule.

EU & International

Orders which are to be sent to a location outside of the UK will be processed in 5 - 10 days.

Most  items will be delivered within a 10 day period, but please leave up to 15 days.  No guarantee can be given on delivery times for shipping outside of the UK.

Please contact us if you wish to be notified of an approximate delivery schedule.

Returns can be made up to 30 days from receipt of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping costs incurred by Orange Oxide Design.  Receipt or proof of purchase required.  No refunds or returns for specially commissioned or personalised items can be given unless faulty..  Please ensure all order details are correct at time of purchase, paying particular attention to spellings/

All goods, presentation packaging or any other accessories supplied with the watch must be in the same unused, undamaged condition as when they were sent.

No worn, soiled or used TODDWATCH products will be accepted for return under any circumstances except for those relating to the specific Orange Oxide Design Guarantee given with each TODDWATCH and available to view here.

Any products damaged in transit, either to the customer, or when being returned to Orange Oxide Design will need to be processed through the relevant insurance of the the specific shipping service.  Orange Oxide Design recommends obtaining insured shipping services when/if returning a product as no liability for loss or damage during transit will be accepted by Orange Oxide Design.
